Hi! I'm Andrea, a native San Diegan, and the artist of Cran Love. I love to surf, and drive my MINI around town!

During my 20s, I worked as a graphic designer in Washington, D.C. I honed my design skills in the branding department of the U.S. Postal Service. It was my favorite job and I am a proud former postal employee! I didn't design stamps or deliver the mail. Nonetheless, I learned a ton about design from the best.

Just before I turned 30, I felt the itch to move back to San Diego. After being away eight years, I had a new found appreciation for my hometown. I had to go far from home to find out why I belonged at home. And, so it began, my love affair with the city.

In 2015, I launched Cran Love's stationery collection. Since then, I've thrown myself into writing my first young adult fantasy fiction novel. It's a dark, coming-of-age adventure story. It's no secret that it's set in San Diego. Of course, there are Cranz, and human characters too.

Most days you can find me writing at a creative collective in the heart of the city, and in the sunshine, surfing at my local beach break.
